Are you our next Quality Assurance Manager Lead?

Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager Lead will have primary responsibility for establishment and management of Quality functions within scope.

  • Accountable for the delivery of the Quality Assurance Team
  • Provide thought leadership in quality processes, programs and procedures
  • Serve as escalation for urgent/major issues and work with the appropriate team and management to review and resolve issues
  • Publish relevant quality reports and analysis that will be used by management
  • Lead in reviewing the performance trending analysis and provides recommendation to mitigate risk points

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience as Quality Assurance
  • Minimum of 2 year experience as Quality Assurance Lead
  • Experience in Test Delivery Process and Methods
  • Experience in Scrum/Agile preferred
  • Willing to work in Davao City
